Abstract
The desire to have meaningful work and a fulfilling family life is common across most societies. As such, research that investigates the intersection of work and family has grown tremendously over the past several decades. In the current talk, I will review a program of work and family research that has investigated work-family conflict across the globe and discuss several ideas for future cross-national work and family research.
