Endgame Vision: A Study Based on the Intelligent Automobile Industry
Ensuring a smooth transition from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization is crucial for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and the achievement of China's second centenary goal. This research focuses on frontline rural workers, who include but are not limited to civil servants, non-government organizational members, and business firm employees. By bridging the recipients of support and various rural policies and initiatives, they play a vital role in the effectiveness and efficiency of rural revitalization. The research combines surveys, archival data, and field experiments to investigate how the frontline workers’ fixed versus growth mindset about poverty influences their motivation, attitude, behavior, work approach, and performance in their daily work. Additionally, the research examines how these mindsets affect the responses of aid recipients, the effectiveness of policy implementation, and the workers' own career development.
