This research addresses the challenges Chinese enterprises face in their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) development and explores corresponding strategies. Through in-depth analysis, the study aims to improve corporate ESG practices and enhance transparency, ultimately promoting the harmonious development of the economy, environment, and society. The research utilizes practical surveys, data analysis, and econometric modeling to examine the relationship between information transparency in China's capital markets and enterprise ESG practices. Additionally, the project develops an innovative carbon accounting framework and assesses the impact of ESG disclosure policies on corporate performance and ratings.The findings will provide insights on how Chinese enterprises can contribute to the fight against the global climate change and to promote the sustainable development.
