Bidirectional Interaction Between Intelligent Systems and Professionals: Empowerment and Reverse Nurturing

Based on the concept of intelligent virtual manufacturing technology, this project explores the transformative impact of introducing and applying intelligent technologies to the development of China's integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing industry. By investigating smart IC virtual manufacturing processes, the study examines the dynamic interaction and mutual reinforcement between intelligent systems and human experts, analyzing pathways and models of human-machine collaboration. Additionally, the research addresses the training needs of IC professionals by establishing a talent evaluation system and competency model tailored to the requirements of intelligent manufacturing systems. The study’s findings aim to provide policy recommendations to relevant authorities for overcoming strategic technological bottlenecks, ultimately enhancing the competitiveness of China’s chip manufacturing industry.
