Research on the Vicissitude and Function perfection of housing accumulation fund system
In recent years, through constant self-adjustment and improvement, the housing provident fund system is operating in a more humane and meticulous manner. Yet fairness problem arises, the original function of mutual financial purchase is weakened, the operating efficiency of funds becomes a concern and liquidity risk increases in some places. The housing provident fund system needs further investigation and restart after deepened reform.
The current global epidemic calls for more drastic reform measures. We need to support low and middle-income groups and improve people's well-being. Based on data analysis, scientific analysis framework and in-depth research, this report proposes policies for short-term response to the epidemic as well as medium-term and long-term reform directions. We believe that the reform of the housing provident fund should progress with the idea of innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing, aim to build a new governmental housing financial system, commit to the people's benefit and happiness,and serve the high-quality development of China's economy.
