Integrated research about recent economic and financial development history and archival data
In the last ten years, the research method of economic history has undergone continuous innovation. Big data and text analysis has become applied in the study of economic history. Oral history and physical anthropology also reshaped the theoretical interpretation of economic history. This project exploresandregulates the historical archives to study innovations in the field of business and economic history, including Chinese and foreign comparative economic history, Chinese economic history, modern financial history, the history of the modern enterprise, and oral history from theentrepreneurs. The project hopestograsp the law of economic development and enterprise practice, bridge the dialogue that has Chinese attitude of the theoretical framework of economic history with the west, making Chinese discourse system’s logic of economic and social development more solid.
