Research on collaborative management of Enterprise Digital Transformation
The digital economy has become an important driving force for global economic growth in the 21st century. How to realize leapfrog development in the intelligent revolution of digital transformation has become a key question in both theory and practice. This project studies the enterprises' choice for digital transformation, including the key driving factors, path and mode, its relationship with industrial upgrading, the measurement of the degree and influencing factors of digital transformation, the impact on enterprises, as well as the mechanism and influence of collaborative management to facilitate the digital transformation of enterprises.
