Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, was established during China's reform and opening up. It has witnessed the changes in China's business environment. At present, companies need to deal with the problem of achieving business growth when economic growth is slowing down. In the context of increasingly fierce competition in the traditional market,enterprises must achieve innovation and transformation and build organizational and R&D capabilities. Chinese enterprises are also facing new organizational changes and innovations under the background of artificial intelligence, etc. These situations are both threats and opportunities for enterprises, and they also provide management scholars with valuable research opportunities.

Through theinterdisciplinary platform "Management Innovation in China", we look forward to integrating interdisciplinary theories and research paradigms, and promoting in-depth exploration of significant issues related to China's business environment and the micro-environment of enterprises. We would like to support research that are both of theoretical innovation significance and practical significance for the continuous progress of enterprises, and eventually establish “Guanghua School” in the field of management that combines academic integrity, strategic insights and business practices.
