Structure analysis of the leadership team
This project is based on the study of cases including the leading groups of enterprises, party and government departments, and famous leading teams in history, combined with in-depth interviews and observations of enterprises and government departments. It summarizes what kind of combination of abilities, qualifications, gender and roles of the members can improve the efficiency of the team during the formation of the team, and makes suggestions for the staffing of enterprises and party and government departments.
