Rural Information Empowerment
By cooperating with domestic microfinance, Internet education, Internet social platforms and related charitable foundations, and drawing on international experience, and combining research and data analysis, this project proposes a theoretical framework for information empowerment in rural development, conducts in-depth study on the empowerment mechanism and effects of information technology in rural development, and summarizes the theory and practice of information empowerment applicable to China's national conditions.
