Study on the Motives, Means and Consequences of Leverage Manipulation by Chinese Enterprises
Thisprojectcombines theoretical analysis, case study, large sample empirical research, and interview method to conduct an in-depth and systematic research on the motives, means and consequences of corporate "leverage manipulation", so as to enrich and deepen our understanding of the motives, means and consequences of corporate "leverage manipulation". The study will help people to understand and evaluate the level of leverage, debt risk and corporate governance of Chinese enterprises more comprehensively, and thus help to further deepen the supply-side reform of enterprises and improve the regulatory system of securities market.
