This project conducts comprehensive research on the theory, mechanism, system and policy of implementing rural vitalization strategy.Based on the basic principles of adhering to the priority development of agriculture and rural areasas well asintegrated development of urban and rural areas, the project conducts a study on the basic mechanism, system construction and policy system for rural vitalization, and provides theoretical basis and policy support for promoting the implementation of rural vitalization strategy.
