Manufacturing mode: innovation of manufacturing enterprises
Through in-depth study of several enterprises, this project studies the transformation and innovation models of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, summarizes the organizational characteristics of outstanding manufacturing enterprises, and analyses strategic choices as well as resource integration and utilization for companies to catch up and innovate in the Chinese market. The findings of this project provide suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.
