Abstract（摘要）：Some recent progress on nonparametric density estimation will be discussed. We examine how to construct density approximation classes by sequential partitioning. Bayesian density estimation based on such classes will be developed and the associated computational issues will be analyzed. Finally, the approach will be extended to the survival analysis setting.
