Business Management Leadership Program

It is a career accelerator program designed for highly talented MBAs who have a passion for healthcare industry and strive to be a GE Healthcare business leader of tomorrow. You'll assume responsibilities that challenge you as you drive continuous improvement throughout different business units and or functions within GE Healthcare.  With an about 5-year development track you will be stretched to lead one impactful company project and be provided robust and systematic trainings including leadership, commercial and Lean. More importantly you’ll take different roles designed to bridge the gaps between your current knowledge and the experience needed for success as a business leader. There will be 3 to 4 12-24 months assignments which will focus on:

· Commercial (Sales or Marketing)

· Product Management

· Operations (Supply Chain, Lean or Service)

Qualifications:

· Full-time MBAs

· Minimum of three to five years of working experience

· Proven leadership capabilities

· Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights

· Ability to thrive in a highly complex and global work environment
