GLOBAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
1. Project-Based Internship

have something to do. Instead, our interns work on challenging projects. Interns take
up a role in a specific project group for the chosen area of our business. They receive
real responsibility on meaningful projects with clear targets.

The biggest benefit that interns enjoy is the opportunity to learn from an

adapt to the company in a short-period of time and to learn quickly. Mentors provide
knowledge that mentees cannot obtain from books or from school.

One unique feature of MID internships is that we give interns who perform well
during their internship offers of post-graduation employment. Interns who
