1)2016 Financial Product Sales & Analytics Representative
The Requirements:
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to work well under pressure & to multi-task effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong interest in the financial markets
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Travel could be required once in Sales
In addition, these skills and experiences can help distinguish you from other candidates for this role:
- Coursework in finance, economics and/or business, although all majors are welcome
- Experience using the Bloomberg Terminal
- Fluency in an Korean
- Desire and flexibility to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in and enthusiasm for customer service
- Proven ability to sell, with interest in pursuing a career in sales
2)Client Technical Support Representative - Mandarin Speaker
The Responsibilities:
- Assist our clients by means of telephone, chat and email
- Answer calls and solve queries with English speaking customers of Bloomberg's products and services globally
- Ensure all requests are logged and updated daily using our proprietary ticketing system
- Deliver an outstanding customer service focus when dealing with clients
The Requirements:
- Business level fluency in English and Mandarin required (reading, writing, verbal), Cantonese would be a plus.
- A clear and proven interest in technology
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proven excellence in customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment demonstrating high energy, a sense of urgency, and decisiveness
- Aptitude to multitask with a high volume of tasks
