| Overview of Analyst Program
|
The Silver Lake Analyst program is typically a two year program, which provides college graduates with an opportunity to evaluate and actively participate in private equity transactions. Since deal teams are generally small, analysts will be exposed to a variety of responsibilities including financial modeling, conducting industry and business due diligence, presenting investment ideas, interacting with management, and managing relationships with advisors. Based in Hong Kong or Shanghai
Upon completing the Analyst program, strong performers will have the opportunity to remain with the firm as Associates.

Bachelors degree, expected to graduate in summer of 2015
Top 5% of department
Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Understanding of accounting and corporate finance
Relevant experience preferred (eg. investment banking, consulting, private equity)
Interest in technology and technology investments
