Program Introduction：

IDP- International Development Program, is an early leadership development program targeting best MBA graduates from well-known universities in China or overseas, to build up long term general management pipeline for China Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceutical division.

During a two-year rotational program, the candidate will be developed diverse functional knowledge, methodology and strategic view by being assigned to critical job roles like Sales, Marketing, Controlling, plus Global jobs and participating the most exciting projects in China and around the globe. Common education/learning programs, events and networking opportunities with senior executives across functions and countries are also provided.
