Analyst (Graduate)

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for performing industry and company research, financial analysis, financial modeling and valuation activities

· Working with senior bankers in transaction execution

· Preparing marketing materials including presentations and pitchbooks

· Developing relationships with clients and external parties

· Contribute to an environment of innovation, compliance, teamwork, trust & accountability

Entry Requirement

· Full-time Bachelor/Master students in the final year study (graduate class of 2013)

· All disciplines with a good track of achievements and accomplishments

· Fluency in English and Mandarin are required

· Solid computer and accounting skills

· Internship experience is preferable

· Team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills

Summer Intern

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide support to the senior bankers’ work

· Data mining through data services

· Prepare the routine market, sector and company information update to internal or client

· Perform industry and company research, financial analysis

· Prepare marketing materials including presentation and pitchbooks

Entry Requirement

Ÿ Full-time undergraduate students in the junior year study (graduate class of 2014)

Ÿ All disciplines with a good track of achievements and accomplishments

Ÿ Fluency in English and Mandarin are required

Ÿ Solid computer and accounting skills

Ÿ Team player with strong communications and interpersonal skills
