职业发展计划（Career Development Program,简称CDP）是空气产品公司对于公司未来人才培养的战略性投资计划。自1959年在美国和欧洲开展以来，此计划不断为公司输送各类人才，包括本科及硕士工程师、博士研究人员、本科及硕士IT人员、财务以及商务人员。该项目包括工程师发展计划（EDP）、MBA职业发展计划、Technology职业发展计划以及IT职业发展计划。

MBA职业发展计划简称 (MBA CDP) 是为立志从事财务和商务领域的应届MBA毕业生量身设计。我们的目标是通过提高培养对象的职业能力和专业技术，明确其职业方向并增强其领导能力，由此为公司培养未来的领导者。该计划由三个职位轮换构成，整个计划周期为两年。
