飒飒秋雨中， 浅浅石榴泻。 绵绵细雨中，成人直播 2015级MBA国际学生的企业参访活动徐徐拉开了序幕。成人直播 职业发展中心为了帮助MBA国际学生更好的了解中国，获得更广袤的职业发展平台，特别为国际MBA学生量身设计一系列的职业发展战略课程。其中参访中国本土企业就是该课程的重要模块之一。课程中，MBA国际学生可以和全球最顶尖的猎头公司，奢侈品公司，金融机构，IT互联网等企业高管面对面深入交流和探讨亚太地区和全球人才素质能力和职业机会等话题，也可以近距离接触到中国顶尖本土企业。从理论到实践，从全球到本土。而此次参访互联网巨擘一百度，更是着眼于在互联网新常态下，MBA国际学生如何更好的认知中国本土成人直播。

Baidu started in 2001, in 2002 worked in peking university hotel

2^nd largest search engine in world & largest in china

Initial IPO listed in 2007 at 27$ but closed at 120$

2011: cloud tech introduced

47000 employees around the world, one third are employees

In 2009, moved to japan & in next 5 years baidu goes global

Baidu mobile app:

voice search: searched for hot pot, also asked if the place is convenient for parking

Currently voice search is only in Chinese

Can see heat map of people in summer palace

Can translate menu from Chinese

Can see the flights, in which direction they are: right on screen

Choose the photo & scan them

Pc products:

Big data search product: analysis of the demographics & stats;

Baidu trends:

81 product lines & more than 200 products

6 billion search queries

Ceo is from beida; average of employees is 28.5

Beijing: 5,000 in this building, 15,000 in 3 times size other building; total 20,000
